How It Works

Three Steps to an Open Account

  1. Download

    Download the credit application as a PDF. It includes our agreement terms and conditions.

  2. Complete & Sign

    Fill in every field, writing “N/A” where one does not apply. An officer or principal of your company signs on its behalf.

  3. Email

    Scan or save the signed form and send it to our accounts receivable team at ar@arcadiastones.net.

Before You Start

Have These Ready

  • Company and accounts payable contact details
  • D&B number and last year’s company financials
  • Bank name, account number, and account type
  • Three trade references
  • The credit terms and limit you are requesting
  • Your exemption certificate, if your company is sales tax exempt
